Three Days of Inspiration at The Agency Chairman's Camp in Beverly Hills

There's something special about spending time surrounded by people who are passionate about raising the standard in real estate.

I recently had the privilege of attending Chairman's Camp in Beverly Hills, an exclusive event for The Agency's top 5% of agents worldwide, along with Managing Partners. Hosted at The Agency's Beverly Hills headquarters—the true "mothership" of our global brand—it was three unforgettable days of learning, collaboration, and inspiration.

The event was led by The Agency founders Billy Rose and Mauricio Umansky, who shared their vision for the future of luxury real estate, leadership, and delivering an exceptional client experience. It was energizing to hear directly from the people who built one of the most respected luxury real estate brands in the world.

One of my favorite experiences was touring some incredible luxury homes and attending open houses throughout Beverly Hills and Bel Air. While Oklahoma and Southern California are certainly different markets, one thing remains the same: great real estate is built on relationships, trust, and providing outstanding service. It was inspiring to see how some of the industry's top professionals market extraordinary properties and create exceptional experiences for their clients.

Another unforgettable highlight was touring the iconic Stahl House, an architectural masterpiece and one of the most photographed homes in the world. Standing inside a home that has become a symbol of modern architecture was an experience I'll never forget and a reminder of how timeless design and visionary architecture can leave a lasting legacy.

The trip concluded with an incredible evening at The Strada House, hosted by The Umansky Team, Mauricio Umansky, and Farrah Brittany. It was an unforgettable celebration with many of the leaders, innovators, and influential people who continue to shape the luxury real estate market in Beverly Hills and beyond.

Before heading home, I also spent time in Newport Beach, another remarkable Southern California community known for its beautiful coastline, luxury homes, and vibrant lifestyle. Visiting different markets always broadens my perspective and gives me fresh ideas that ultimately benefit the buyers and sellers I serve throughout Oklahoma.

After almost 20 years in real estate, I still believe one of the greatest investments I can make is continuing to learn from the very best. Chairman's Camp reminded me that no matter how long you've been in this business, there is always an opportunity to grow, improve, and bring fresh ideas back to your clients and your team.
