Meet the Team

Wayne is amazing! He sold two houses for me. He took all the stress out of the process. Both houses sold quickly and above what I initially thought. From pricing to inspections to closings, I didn't worry about a thing.

I have worked with Wayne on three successful home transactions both as a buyer and seller. He was honest, knowledgeable, and each time made the process a smooth and enjoyable experience. In addition, Wayne was valuable and assisted me with an out-of-state referral on a vacation property.

Wayne Kirby at The Agency got my house sold 2 days after being on the market. My house had been rented and wasn’t in top condition. Wayne made helpful suggestions that would help my house sell quickly and helped me find local vendors to perform the work I needed. He was there to assist me with what I needed since I lived in another state. He helped me with a great closing office that allowed early closing while I was in town. I couldn’t ask for an easier process that resulted in getting exactly what I wanted for my home quickly. He made me feel like I was part of the family and like my home was his! Wayne and his wife Tera made this a truly enjoyabl...

Out of all the agents that I've used or dealt with over the years both in home purchases and sales, I've never had an agent go the extra lengths Wayne Kirby has to make sure I got the best price and best service. His honesty and integrity in all business transactions made me feel comfortable that he was always looking after my best interest, and I would gladly recommend him to others. He helped me buy a home and helped my son sell a home.

Very good communication between agent and seller or buyer. He worked very hard to get us top dollar for our home and have a quick turnaround. He also helped us find our next home and negotiated a great price!

Wayne Kirby brought incredible relief for my wife and I as we were trying to sell our house. We had been through a stressful situation in selling our house before being introduced to Wayne. We felt like he was genuinely listening to our concerns over the situation we had experienced, and we were assured by his knowledge and experience. With his help, everything began to move quickly and smoothly.

Wayne is an outstanding realtor and easily ranks at the top of my list of real estate agents I have worked with over the years. He was always on top of every issue and was quick to respond with answers. More importantly, he was proactive about identifying things that we didn’t even realize we should be doing but were important. His expertise and experience definitely saved us from making some poor decisions. Wayne is a person of high character and is genuinely concerned with doing what’s best for his clients, regardless of the fact that it may not be in his own best interest. He consistently went above and beyond and we would definitely use him...

If you are looking for an experienced realtor, that knows the market, and negotiates well for his clients reach out to Wayne Kirby. We were referred to Wayne by another realtor 3 years ago when we were unsure of whether we would make a move or not. That didn’t matter to Wayne who treated us as if we were serious buyers. Fast forward to 2025... we were finally ready to buy and contacted Wayne who, to my surprise, remembered us and the details of our situation. We truly appreciated the time, guidance, and resources Wayne provided us but the most impressive thing about Wayne...he paid a referral fee to the realtor that referred us 3 years ago. In...

"My wife and I met Wayne when he contacted us on behalf of a client of his who was interested in purchasing our home, which was not officially on the market. We did not have a realtor lined up on our end, however Wayne took great care of both his buying client as well as us. His communication was fantastic throughout the process, and he worked well at handling any issues that popped up along the way. We are very thankful to have had his assistance and look forward to working with him in the future." -Brett N.

Wayne Kirby made my first home buying experience so easy and fun! He was willing to show us as many houses as we wanted and was always honest about the quality of homes/pricing. He responded back quick to all my questions and kept me up to date on the process! His son Nick joined on the house hunt and working with both of them was so great! Thanks so much Wayne and Nick, and we look forward to working with you again in the future!

We truly can’t say enough good things about Wayne Kirby. From the very beginning, he made us feel comfortable, confident, and completely supported in every decision. Wayne is incredibly knowledgeable, but what meant the most to us was how honest, kind, and hardworking he was throughout the entire process. Because Wayne also lives in our neighborhood, we knew he genuinely cared not only about selling our home, but about representing a community he’s proud to call home himself. He went above and beyond for us every step of the way. Wayne is hands down the best Realtor we’ve ever worked with. If you are buying or selling a home, we wholeheartedly rec...

As new investors, there was a lot of initial anxiety about getting started. We were introduced to Wayne and could not have been happier. Wayne is a super nice guy. He taught us everything we needed to know and helped us find our first and second properties. He is a great communicator and his years of experience made the process super easy for us. We could have not asked for a better experience and we look forward to working with him in the future. Thank you Wayne !

Dear Wayne and Terra, Thank you both for all your help and support throughout the process of selling my home. I truly appreciate your professionalism, patience, and dedication from beginning to end. What I especially appreciate about Wayne is that even while I was living in Vietnam, he went above and beyond to help me handle the many details and arrangements related to selling my home from overseas. Knowing that I could rely on him to take care of things and keep the process moving forward gave me great peace of mind, especially since I couldn’t be there in person. Selling a home from another country could have been very stressful, but Wayne’s sup...
