Why Canyon Lakes Feels Like More Than Just a Neighborhood

Sundaes Before School was a sweet reminder of what makes a neighborhood truly feel like home.

A few weeks ago , the Canyon Lakes pool and clubhouse were filled with laughter, smiles, and plenty of ice cream as neighbors gathered for Sundaes Before School, held on the Sunday before school started back.

The event was proudly sponsored by The Kirby Group of The Agency Oklahoma as a way for us to give back to the neighborhood we have been fortunate enough to call home for almost 20 years.

We served over 80 ice cream sundaes, and it was wonderful to see the kids enjoying one last taste of summer while parents and neighbors caught up and enjoyed the afternoon together.

Sometimes, it's the simple things that create the best memories.

Nearly 20 Years of Calling Canyon Lakes Home

For almost two decades, Canyon Lakes has been much more than a place where our family lives. It has been where we've built friendships, watched families grow, celebrated milestones, and created countless memories.

That's one of the things I love about real estate. After almost 20 years in this business, I've learned that real estate isn't just about houses—it's about the lives and memories built around them.

A beautiful house is wonderful, but the people and community around it are what truly make a place feel like home.

Giving Back

Sponsoring Sundaes Before School was especially meaningful because this is a community that has given our family so much over the years.

As The Kirby Group at The Agency Oklahoma, we believe being involved in the communities where we live and work is an important part of what we do.

Yesterday wasn't about real estate.

It was about neighbors, families, kids, and one more afternoon of summer before the school year began.
